Introduction
WNS series oil & gas fired steam boiler is horizontal style, fire tube steam boiler with oil, diesel oil, light oil, heavy oil, natural gas, city gas, LPG gas as combustion fuel. WNS oil gas fired steam boiler uses internationally mature three-return structure, which is safe and reliable. There are many advantages for adopting inner hull with wave shape, which speeds up the stirring of the smokes and increases the heat transfer area, increases the stiffness of furnace and effectively weakens thermal stress, enhances the heat transfer and promotes combustion in the furnace. The heated surface is laid out symmetrically, the structure is reliable, and water circulation system is reasonable. Unique combustion chamber design and scour way of smoke to heated area make the less heat loss.
Fire tube boiler features
1. With scavenging function, the life of combustion chamber is prolonged.
2. With unique large combustion chamber, the heated area is increased, which lowered the emission of No2.
3. The front and back smoke tube box use multistage sealing way, which ensures no leakage of smoke.
4. Large steam volume, good quality for steam.
5. Horizontal structure increases heated area, fully transfers heat. Stable operation, high combustion efficiency. The boiler furnace is laid low, ensures large range of water safety.
