The DZL/DZH new water-fire tube boiler is a new eco-friendly and energy-saving product co-developed by our company and famous Harbin institute of Technology and director of Beijing Institute of Light Boiler.

7. Type:There are two types.One is DZL chain grate stoker automatic feeding fuel and removing dregs type. Another is DZH hand operated moving grate type which needs labour to feed fuel and remove the dregs.

Boiler sturcture features

1. Wing flue
Function:cut down the smoke temperature inside the high temperature tube plate ,so as to slow down subcooled boiling
Purpose:reduce the thermal load at the bottom of boiler,prevent tube plate cracking ,prevent convex drum
2. Return water eject to the high temperature tube plate
F: Improve the flow rate of high temperature tube plate and prevent subcooled boiling

Application industry

Food Industry

steam boiler for food & beverage industry is used in the processes of distillation, sterilization, disinfect, extraction, drying, and curing, etc. The boiler should be clean and environmental protection, so, it is better to use the clean energy as the fuel, such as natural gas, biomass fuel, and electricity.

Brewery/Brewhouse

In brewery, steam is used for drying green malt, gelatinizing/saccharifing raw materials, boiling wort, fermenting beer, and pasteurizing bottles. Otherwise, hot water is also used for sanitization.

Rice Mill

In rice mill, industrial steam boiler is used for starch liquidation and pasting. The needed steam pressure is between 0.3MPa and 0.6MPa.
